Deckshield is our premium solvent based wood treatment, combining colour pigmentation and waterproofing protection from a blend of oils and waxes.
It is perfect for use on most outdoor timber and specifically formulated for use on decking with its hard-wearing extra wax formulation. Available in Oak and Bespoke colours (contact us for details)

- 1000 Litre

Please note; different types of wood will affect the final shade and depth of colour, specifically, smooth planed wood may appear a lot lighter than if the same product is used on rough sawn wood.
Deckshield will give your garden wood the perfect finish which will last.
It provides extensive durability against weathering by helping to protect the treated surfaces against UV and water damage.
coverage
Deckshield can be brushed, sprayed or dipped depending on your requirements.
Per 1 Litre of Deckshield the following coverage rates can be advised;
Smooth planed wood: up to 12m² with 1 coat
Rough sawn wood: up to 8m² with 1 coat
Redecoration: up to 12m² with 1 coat
Please note that coverage may be less on absorbent wood and that 2 coats may be required for initial treatment depending on depth of colour desired.
For redecoration of wood previously treated using an alternative product to Deckshield, we would advise testing on an inconspicuous area prior to use, to ascertain compatibility.
