We manufacture a range of paint correction products – from all in one polishes and glazes, to cutting compounds which permanently remove scratches without the need for filler.
Below is a brief summary of our standard formulations, however, we can develop and have a database of various other formulations which we can manufacture to order, or develop for your bespoke requirements.
Car Polish
PDI Car Polish
A superior deep gloss car polish. It contains a complex blend of waxes and glossing agents specially formulated for the preparation of pre-delivery new cars. The PDI car polish is an easy-on and easy-off for quick and efficient application.
Medium Cut Car Polish
A high quality polish which is perfect for the professional restoration of used vehicle paintwork. It contains mild abrasives, lubricants and silicones which in combination remove minor paint imperfections and swirl marks to revive dull and tired paintwork.
All-In-One Car Polish
The perfect detailing car polish. Easy on, easy off and combining light cleaning and cutting ability with protection from Carnauba Wax, this is the ultimate car polish.
Ultra Gleam Hybrid Car Polish
A highly durable hybrid polish uses advanced surface technologies to give extreme performance and durability. Ultra Gleam enhances the paintwork clarity and depth of colour, along with sealing and adding lustre to your vehicle with a combination of the highest grade carnauba wax and groundbreaking reactive technologies.
Cutting Compounds
The A-Chem Compounds range offers a system which enables correction to the protection of automotive paintwork and surfaces. We formulate using budget appropriate raw materials and technologies to offer a safe and effective solution for removing industry standard marks and surface defects, permanently, from automotive paintwork.
Our compounds are water-based and do not use fillers or silicones, which gives permanent results to the detailing and body-shop markets.
We offer high cut formulations, suitable for removing P1500 sanding marks, medium cut – for P2000 sanding marks, down to finishing and sealant polishes, to offer a high gloss, hologram-free finish. Simple, low dusting and easy to remove after use, resulting in perfect paintwork.
Bespoke options offer various colours, along with spread-ability and powder loading, and much more – we can tailor our tried and tested formulations to your exact requirements.
